Trails ascend to near 3200 feet, providing vistas of mountain ranges before descending to the shores of Lake Blue Ridge. Enjoy the spectacular sites of the numerous waterfalls and mountain streams. The trails are open year round and offer fantastic family fun.
When the whistle blows, get on board. A ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway is more than a sight – seeing trip through one of the most beautiful places in the South. It’s also a history lesson and a trip back to a simpler time. It all starts at the historic, 100-year-old depot in downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia., and heads north through the mountains along side the beautiful Toccoa River.The Blue Ridge Railway is open all year offering special “Santa Train” at Christmas.
Lake Blue Ridge offers boating, fishing, swimming, and jet skiing. with a full service marina. While the Toccoa River has tubing, rafting, canoing and guided trout fishing trips daily, there is truly something for everyone!
